About the Position:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Aide Soignant(e) to join our team at ADMR. As a valued member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to elderly individuals, disabled persons, and those with chronic illnesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized care and support to individuals, including hygiene care and assistance with daily living activities.
  • Identify and address the needs of our clients, promoting independence and preventing dependence.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure a seamless and effective care experience.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure informed decision-making.

Requirements:

  • DEAS diploma or recognized equivalency.
  • Autonomy, organization skills, and relational qualities.
  • Discretion, adaptability, and observational skills.
  • Teamwork spirit and a driver's license.
