La Compagnie des Familles is a dedicated agency specializing in providing in-home childcare services.

We are currently seeking a reliable and caring Parental Assistant to assist with the pickup and care of three children: a 2-year-old, a 6-year-old, and an 8-year-old. This part-time position involves providing support on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm, totaling 8 hours per week.

Responsibilities
  • Transport the children safely from daycare and school.
  • Provide assistance with homework completion.
  • Supervise bath time routines.
  • Engage in age-appropriate activities to ensure a stimulating and enjoyable experience for the children until their parents return.
Requirements

Applicants must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. The hourly rate is €12.95, inclusive of benefits.

Hiring Process

The selection process involves a phone interview followed by an in-person meeting with the family and children. Upon successful completion of these stages, a formal contract will be signed.
