About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate, Financial Planning to join our team. As a key member of our Commercialization Team, you will be responsible for supporting profitable sales growth and providing financial expertise to our Regional Business & Finance Teams.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with Marketing to develop strong business plans that deliver against SCJ objectives of growth and maximize Net Pricing.
- Drive initiatives to continuously improve and adapt promo strategy, develop customer profitability analysis, and participate in the monthly S&OP and closing cycle.
- Analyze and help optimize marketing investment behind priorities and improved ROI, working mainly with Customer Marketing.
- Drive simplification initiatives and best practices in coordination with the rest of Cluster Finance team.
- Ensure processes and controls are fit for purpose and act as a reporting officer, driving simplification in collaboration with the Cluster finance team.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the wider context in which the business operates.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, working with all levels within a cross-functional organization.
- Demonstrate ability to influence across the organization.
- Ability to work in a team environment with changing priorities and multiple deadlines.

- Qualified accountant with significant post qualification experience.
