Nous recherchons un Business Operations Coordinator - Alternance pour rejoindre notre équipe à Flowbird France. Ce poste est idéal pour les étudiants ou les jeunes diplômés qui souhaitent acquérir des compétences clés dans un environnement B2B international.

Responsabilités
  • Création de catalogues : Superviser la création et la mise à jour des catalogues de produits pour nos clients professionnels.
  • Création et mise à jour des pièces détachées : Assurer la précision et l'actualisation des informations sur les pièces détachées, y compris les références, traductions, prix, dessins techniques et statuts des produits.
  • Gestion des demandes d'informations : Traiter les demandes émanant de nos clients concernant les références produits, les prix, la disponibilité des stocks et les délais de livraison.
  • Nettoyage mensuel des données : Garantir la cohérence des données entre notre ERP (MfgPro) et l'E-Catalogue à travers des contrôles réguliers.
Compétences requises
  • Langue anglaise : Parler couramment anglais.
  • Compétences analytiques : Posséder une appétence pour les chiffres et les données, avec une bonne capacité d'analyse.
  • Compétences en communication : Démontrer de bonnes compétences en communication, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral.
  • Rigueur et organisation : Être rigoureux, organisé et capable de travailler en équipe.
