Job Overview:

Position Summary:

  • Interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Establish machining procedures based on engineering designs
  • Develop or adjust CNC programming as necessary
  • Identify and select appropriate tools for manufacturing
  • Configure cutting tools, secure workpieces, and modify machining settings
  • Validate program configurations
  • Supervise machining operations and make adjustments as required
  • Conduct initial piece inspections and calibrate settings accordingly
  • Uphold a safe and compliant working environment
  • Ensure manufactured components adhere to specified dimensional and geometric standards
  • Record production metrics, including time, quantities, and defects
  • Diagnose equipment issues and engage in ongoing improvement initiatives
  • Complete necessary production documentation
  • Adhere to safety protocols
