Automotive CRM Implementation Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Implementation Specialist to join our team at izmocars. As a CRM Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting and customizing CRM software for Automotive Parts Distribution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to understand their requirements and generate project requirement documents.
  • Create and communicate detailed requirements and solution proposals that meet business needs.
  • Provide ongoing business and administrative support to users for the CRM platform.
  • Conduct functional testing of implemented applications and provide initial support when moved to production.
  • Create and deliver documentation to ensure proper use of changed and newly implemented processes.
  • Assist CRM Project Manager in status reporting and project milestone tracking.
  • Assist in coordinating project activities and deliverables across team members.
  • Provide post-implementation support and user training.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or any other relevant stream.
  • 4 to 6 years of IT experience and at least 3 years of CRM implementation experience.
  • Strong project documentation skills.
  • Experience working with industry-recognized CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Ability to delve into details to proactively solve issues and develop new ideas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
