Job Title: Regional Deployment Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Deployment Lead to join our Global Technology team. As a key member of our digital transformation project, you will be responsible for leading the deployment of our digital manufacturing platform across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the regional deployment roadmap and incorporate updates as requested by the MDI governance structure.
  • Lead the deployment function and ensure pre-deployment project timelines are met effectively across the region.
  • Adjust the deployment playbook in accordance with MDI lead deployment principles.
  • Develop a regional deployment roadmap and track advancement on deployment roadmap as pre-deployment activities progress to drive consistent preparation and successful rollout across regions.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in project management, Agile methodologies, Six Sigma, or specific digital technologies.
  • Background in manufacturing and/or digital technologies.
  • Strong leadership skills and senior-level relationship management.
  • Talent management/allocation.
  • Experience creating deployment standards.
  • Understanding of MDIxAI use cases alongside technical requirements.
  • Communication & collaboration skills to work alongside MDIxAI stakeholders.
  • Time management and ability to deliver on timelines.
