We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Entrepreneurial Accompaniment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with entrepreneurs and small business owners to develop and implement tailored support strategies, promoting their growth and success.

• Conduct comprehensive business diagnostics to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted support plans.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to entrepreneurs, focusing on business model development, marketing, sales, and financial management.
• Design and deliver group training sessions on entrepreneurship, innovation, and business skills.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure seamless support and resources for entrepreneurs.
• Monitor progress, identify areas for improvement, and adjust support strategies as needed.

• Strong business acumen and understanding of entrepreneurship principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with entrepreneurs and stakeholders.
• Proven experience in business development, coaching, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
• Fluency in French and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
