MyJobCompany is seeking a skilled Concrete Plant Operator to join our team in Vitrolles. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our concrete plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production plans, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality concrete products.
- Monitor and control the quality of concrete products, ensuring they meet our strict quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the plant's equipment is in good working order.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring we have the necessary materials to meet customer demand.
- Coordinate with our logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to our customers.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, as well as environmental standards.
- Lead and motivate our production team, ensuring they have the necessary training and resources to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements:
- Relevant education and training in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of concrete production processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
