Join Our Team as a Marketing & Communications Assistant

At Technip Energies, we're pushing the boundaries of what's possible to accelerate the energy transition to a better future. As a Marketing & Communications Assistant, you'll play a key role in helping us achieve this goal.

About the Role

We're seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to provide administrative and logistical support for internal and external events, monitor expenses, and help prepare budgets. You'll also be responsible for managing the creation and follow-up of purchase orders, researching suppliers, and synthesizing large-scale information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for internal and external events
  • Monitor expenses and help prepare budgets
  • Manage the creation and follow-up of purchase orders
  • Research suppliers and manage relationships with them
  • Synthesize large-scale information
  • Contribute to the creation of reporting & KPIs
  • Provide support on all Business Line marketing & communication activities
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need a minimum level of Bac+4, excellent written and oral communication skills in English, and knowledge of French. You'll also need to be organized, able to work on several tasks at the same time, proactive, and creative.
