Opensee is a leading provider of instant big data analytics solutions to financial institutions. Our mission is to empower business users to autonomously exploit data at scale and granularity, optimizing risk management, trade execution, and regulatory reporting.

Founded in 2015 by senior banking executives and big data technology experts, Opensee has experienced rapid growth, with deployments in several Tier 1 financial institutions on critical use cases. To sustain this growth, we have doubled our headcount and are expanding globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and manage infrastructure, tools, and processes to support our cloud platform, ensuring top-notch reliability and security.
  • Enhance and maintain our Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
  • Lead and supervise the team, offering guidance and ensuring efficient task distribution to deliver new features and support internal and customer needs.
  • Steer technical decisions, foster innovation, and uphold code quality through reviews and adherence to standards.
  • Facilitate communication with stakeholders, resolve issues, and foster a culture of learning and process enhancement.
About You
  • You have experience with the following technologies:
    • Significant experience in a programming language, preferably Go.
    • Experience with Kubernetes in production, knowing Kubernetes API in and out.
    • Understanding of automation technologies and experience in Terraform and one of Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
  • You have a strong DevOps/DevSecOps experience and are comfortable with cloud providers, preferably AWS and GCP.
  • You have significant experience in the operations of a SaaS for a commercial software company with a leading role and good understanding of work responsibilities and processes.
  • You are a technical leader, feeding the team with new ideas and innovation.
  • You are autonomous, can lead projects, and are a team player.
  • Being Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist is a plus.
  • Linguistic skills: Good in English, both written and verbal, French is a plus.

  • Cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP
  • DevSecOps: HashiCorp Boundary, Vault, Keycloak, AWS WAF&Shield, Azure WAF, Cloud Armor, Cert-Manager
  • Coding & Scripts: Go, Python, Bash, Rust
