We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to join our team at Next Ventures. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions to meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Implement ServiceNow Solutions: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions that meet business needs.
- Develop and Maintain ServiceNow Modules: Develop and maintain ServiceNow modules, workflows, and integrations to ensure seamless system performance.
- Provide Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and direction to ensure successful project delivery and best practices.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with stakeholders to propose best-fit solutions and ensure successful project delivery.
- Prepare Design Documents: Prepare design documents and oversee development, testing, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
- Translate User Stories: Translate user stories into technical details and deliver high-quality, cost-effective ServiceNow solutions.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Customer Service Management (CSM): Experience in CSM or as a ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect is required.
- ServiceNow Proficiency: Proficiency with Service Portal, CSM, Next UI Framework, Integration Hub is required.
- Integration Experience: Experience with Flow Designer, UI Builder, Virtual Agent, Service Catalog/Record Producer is required.
- Development Skills: Skilled in developing integrations (JDBC, REST/SOAP, File) with and without Integration Hub.
- ServiceNow Expertise: Expertise in designing solutions using ServiceNow capabilities is required.
- ITIL Knowledge: Knowledge of ITIL processes is required.
- Integration Architecture: Experience in designing integration architecture with ServiceNow is required.
- ServiceNow Certifications: ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
