Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Workshop Supervisor to join our team at SODI, a leading provider of ecological transformation and industrial maintenance solutions for the refinery, steel, and petrochemical sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the activities of workshop personnel, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing effective repair strategies.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on a variety of industrial equipment, utilizing your expertise in hydraulics and pneumatics to ensure optimal functionality.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment repairs, parts used, and maintenance schedules, contributing to comprehensive documentation and asset management.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and hygiene standards within the workshop environment, promoting a safe and healthy work environment for all personnel.
• Ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by all team members, upholding safety regulations and minimizing risks.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate possesses a BTS or DUT in Mechanics or Maintenance of Industrial Vehicles/Automated Mechanical Systems. You have proven experience working with hydraulics and pneumatics systems and are recognized for your organizational skills, autonomy, and initiative. Your analytical and problem-solving abilities will be instrumental in this role.
