Job DescriptionAs a Junior Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist, you will be part of the FP&A team, responsible for supporting the consolidation and preparation of accurate and insightful financial reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the FP&A team in the consolidation and preparation of financial reports, including revenue, P&L, KPIs, and balance sheet.
- Participate in the analysis of actual variances versus reporting cycles to track business performance and identify potential trends.
- Develop reports and analysis to track the performance of the brand portfolio by markets and group.
- Assist in preparing presentations and supporting materials for the Board members and shareholders.
- Contribute to the Qliksense project to develop insightful performance dashboards for the Group finance community.
- Assist the FP&A team with ad-hoc reports, data analysis, and projects.
Major Areas of Accountability:
- Collect, monitor, and analyze monthly performance with the FP&A team on the main strategic analytical dimensions of the P&L.
- Ensure the quality of financial data and statistics available in presentations by performing verifications and triangulations.
- Prepare and analyze data for business performance.
- Reports, both standard and ad-hoc.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and ad-hoc reports for the Group Executive Committee, the Supervisory Board, and external stakeholders.
Internal and External Relationships:
- Central finance team, especially with Market controllers and consolidation team.
- Group functions, including marketing, sales, and strategy.
Personal Profile of Position Holder:
- Previous experience in Finance Controlling, Finance Planning & Analysis, or Audit.
- University degree.
- Fluent English.
- Any other language is valued.
- Computer skills, including mastery of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of AP Finance Consolidation, BI (Qliksense), and EPM is valued.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Reliable, flexible, and able to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure and evolving environment.
- Constructive challenge.
- Team player.
