Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect to join our team at Salesforce, Inc. As a key member of our MuleSoft Professional Services team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our customers across EMEA.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead the architecture and implementation of enterprise-scale integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. You will work closely with our customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of complex integration solutions using MuleSoft and other technologies
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements
  • Provide expert guidance and support to customers throughout the implementation process
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in integration technologies and methodologies
Requirements
  • Proven experience leading the architecture and implementation of enterprise-scale integration solutions
  • Strong knowledge of MuleSoft and other integration technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
  • MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect and Platform Architect certifications
  • Experience working with cloud-based infrastructure and DevOps practices
  • Strong understanding of API life-cycle management and governance
  • Ability to travel regularly to meet customer needs
