Job Summary

As a key member of the Stryker Spine SAS team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our machine tools in accordance with global or Stryker procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and maintain machine tools to ensure optimal performance
  • Monitor machine tool operation and perform routine maintenance tasks
  • Accurately record and report production data and equipment performance
  • Collaborate with the EHS department to ensure compliance with health and safety procedures
  • Support the 6S and Lean project initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity
Additional Responsibilities for Referent Role
  • Ensure continuity and good functioning of production activity while adhering to Stryker procedures
  • Comply with internal regulations and procedures
  • Ensure production flow and prioritize tasks accordingly
Authority and Decision-Making
