We're seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead our Multi-Million £ Infrastructure Programme. As part of this initiative, we've created strategic roles for seasoned Project and Programme Managers.
As a Construction Manager, you'll oversee complex projects from development to delivery, ensuring all works are carried out safely and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing construction operations to minimize risks and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Coordinating with subcontractors to achieve optimal productivity and quality.
- Leading construction teams and subcontractors to meet technical requirements.
- Resolving industrial relation issues within company procedures.
- Providing site management teams and subcontractors with relevant information, including corrective actions to meet contractual requirements.
- Coordinating the resolution of technical queries and developing construction engineering solutions.
- Enabling the motivation, coaching, training, and development of team members.
We're looking for candidates with a strong Construction Management background in major industries like Infrastructure, Utilities, Power Generation, or Defence. Experience with Collaborative Joint Ventures and NEC Framework agreements is beneficial.
