Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain CNC cutting machines to produce high-quality parts.
• Program and set up machines to optimize production efficiency.
• Load and unload materials, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Monitor the cutting process to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Inspect cut pieces using measuring tools to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Perform routine machine maintenance to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to achieve production goals.
• Record production data on software to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, adhering to strict production schedules and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proficient in CNC programming software and able to read technical drawings.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
• Prior experience with CNC cutting machines and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
