About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Turnkey Project Engineering Manager to join our team at Alstom. As a technical leader, you will be responsible for system integration and system engineering on turnkey projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop optimized solutions for turnkey engineering workpackages in tender phase, working closely with subsystem technical managers.
  • Manage technical relationships with consortium partners and clients.
  • Validate system specifications and interfaces specifications produced by your team.
  • Control system configuration and requirement management in accordance with design milestones.
  • Manage design changes related to transport system definition throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead the engineering project/tender team, implementing methods and engineering tools.
  • Ensure carry-over from previous projects and current R&Ds.
  • Support the project manager.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in engineering.
  • Broad knowledge of railway systems, operating requirements, available equipment, and systems.
  • At least 5 years of experience in railway system engineering in an international project.
  • Expert in system engineering and system engineering methodology (MBSE).
  • Safety-oriented and fluent in English and contract language.
  • Wide knowledge of the rail environment appreciated.
  • Good coordination and communication skills.
