We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our asset management programs and projects. As Head of Asset Management Programs, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our programs and projects in the asset management sector, ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, and leading transformation teams to achieve our objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate asset management programs and projects, including planning, budgeting, execution, and monitoring.
- Ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, customers, and business partners.
- Coordinate stakeholders to achieve objectives while ensuring compliance with budgets, deadlines, and quality of deliverables.
- Lead transformation teams and ensure quality and integrity of company programs and projects.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for program and project management.
- Ensure adequate project portfolio governance and reporting to corporate management.
About You:
We are looking for a professional with a degree in business or engineering and at least 10 years of experience in asset management positions, with prior experience in program and project management. You should have excellent communication skills, a strong team spirit, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. You should also have a B2 level in English.
