Position Title: Nurse in EPHAD F/H

The CHU de Rennes is seeking a dedicated Nurse in EPHAD F/H for a full-time day position within the Internal Medicine and Geriatrics Department of the Asur Center.

The EHPAD at the Hotel Dieu is part of the ASUR - MIG pole, accommodating 120 residents in permanent care. This facility is organized into 4 specialized units, including 26 beds specifically for individuals with Alzheimer's disease or similar conditions.
The primary objective of the EHPAD is to provide a supportive environment for individuals over 60 years of age who experience physical or mental challenges that hinder their ability to live independently. In certain cases, residents under 60 may also be accepted.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional care and support to residents and their families
  • Provide compassionate end-of-life care for residents and their loved ones
  • Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team, enhancing teamwork with nursing assistants
  • Engage in ongoing efforts to improve resident care and quality standards
  • Participate in assessments of dependency and PATHOS evaluations
  • Utilize care management tools (individual file DX Care, DX EHPAD)
Qualifications:
  • Possess a State Diploma of Nurse
  • Demonstrated experience in the medical-social field
  • Understanding of aging, dependency, and disability issues
This is a full-time role that may be filled through internal mobility, mutation, or detachment, under a permanent contract.Company Overview:
