At ZF Friedrichshafen AG, we are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Technical Field Sales Representative to join our team in West Africa. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering technical knowledge of ZF products to our customers, providing problem-solving support, and expanding our Service Partners network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical knowledge of ZF products to customers.
- Provide problem-solving support to customers.
- Participate in the expansion of our Service Partners network.
- Implement sales targets for allocated customers or region.
- Implement campaigns and product-related initiatives.
- Provide technical training and support to customers.
- Initiate and participate in customer events.
- Cooperate with internal teams.
- Distribute relevant ZF product documentation.
Requirements:
- Good command of English and French (spoken and written) is essential; Arabic is a plus.
- Customer service and CV industry experience (>3 years).
- High level of computer skills.
- Valid driving license.
- Good commercial and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated and dedicated.
- Systematic and pragmatic approach to day-to-day work.
