Technical Field Sales Representative West Africa

At ZF Friedrichshafen AG, we are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Technical Field Sales Representative to join our team in West Africa. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering technical knowledge of ZF products to our customers, providing problem-solving support, and expanding our Service Partners network.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver technical knowledge of ZF products to customers.
  2. Provide problem-solving support to customers.
  3. Participate in the expansion of our Service Partners network.
  4. Implement sales targets for allocated customers or region.
  5. Implement campaigns and product-related initiatives.
  6. Provide technical training and support to customers.
  7. Initiate and participate in customer events.
  8. Cooperate with internal teams.
  9. Distribute relevant ZF product documentation.

Requirements:

  1. Good command of English and French (spoken and written) is essential; Arabic is a plus.
  2. Customer service and CV industry experience (>3 years).
  3. High level of computer skills.
  4. Valid driving license.
  5. Good commercial and presentation skills.
  6. Highly motivated and dedicated.
  7. Systematic and pragmatic approach to day-to-day work.
  8. Flexible, good communicator, team player.
  9. Ability to work effectively under minimum supervision.
