About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Domain Manager to join our team at Nexans Industrial Solutions & Projects. As a key member of our IS department, you will play a central role in managing all SAP implementations across the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define the strategy and roadmap for SAP implementations and ensure their deployment
  • Lead studies to select new SAP solutions and establish business models for their deployment and support
  • Ensure compliance of SAP solutions with business needs and information system standards
  • Select suppliers and manage the execution of contracts with them
  • Ensure the effective resolution of incidents and problems related to SAP implementations
  • Ensure the interoperability of SAP elements with the rest of the information system
  • Define and monitor performance indicators of SAP scope and implement corrective action plans
  • Ensure the implementation of SAP solutions uniformly across the Group and promote their adoption by users
  • Prepare the budget for SAP resources and means and ensure adequate monitoring throughout the year
  • Contribute to technological monitoring and propose areas for evolution of existing SAP solutions
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in a major business school or engineering school or top-class University
  • 10+ years of experience in SAP applications, including Cable Industry Solution
  • Mastery of SAP project management and autonomy in administration and maintenance
  • Excellent customer service skills and effective learning skills
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills and leadership skills
  • Proven communication skills and problem-solving skills on issues related to SAP design, development, and deployment
  • Fluent in French and English
