Senior Corporate Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Managing Director to lead our Citco Paris office. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic plans, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a statutory director of the company, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
- Lead and support a team of qualified and part-qualified accountants, corporate administrators, and compliance professionals in providing services to real estate investment managers and corporates.
- Develop and implement a corporate plan and annual business plan, monitoring progress and ensuring the company achieves its objectives efficiently and effectively.
- Prepare and gain acceptance of the annual budget, ensuring budget targets are met, revenue flows are maximized, and fixed costs are minimized.
- Direct and control the work and resources of the company, ensuring the recruitment and retention of well-motivated, trained, and developed staff.
- Provide strategic advice to the Regional Head, keeping them informed of developments within the local industry in close cooperation with Regional Head of Sales and Heads of Business Lines.
- Ensure the development of policies to meet the company's objectives and comply with all relevant statutory and other regulations.
- Identify new service/product needs and service/product changes, providing recommendations to the Product Development team.
- Act as a statutory director of client entities, representing the company in negotiations with clients, suppliers, and other key contacts.
- Oversee the preparation of the annual report and accounts of the company, ensuring their approval by key stakeholders.
- Develop and direct the implementation of equal opportunities policies in all aspects of the company's work.
- Develop and direct the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the company complies with all other statutory regulations.
- 8+ years of experience in a general (senior) management position.
- Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Company Law.
- Understanding of financial management and wider management principles and techniques.
- Demonstrate political and presentational skills, with an appreciation of the demands of conflicting interests and meeting statutory requirements.
- Very high level of risk and commercial awareness.
- Demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You are fluent in French and English; additional languages are beneficial.
