Caregiver Assistant

Job Summary

Solutia is seeking a skilled and compassionate Caregiver Assistant to join our team. As a Caregiver Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Prepare and serve meals, and assist with feeding
• Provide companionship and social interaction, engaging clients in activities and conversations
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
• Transport clients to appointments and outings
• Monitor and report any changes in client condition or behavior

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience in caregiving or a related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
