Assistant Innovation Project Manager

At Salomon, we're passionate about innovation and sustainability. As our next Assistant Innovation Project Manager Intern, you'll play a key role in driving our business forward by contributing to various projects that prioritize environmental sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:- Innovation & Product Creation: Assist in the development of innovative products for footwear and bags, across various categories, including Road Running, Trail Running, and Hiking.
- Sustainability Data Management: Manage product and sustainability data to ensure compliance with new environmental laws and regulations.
- Market Analysis: Analyze competitors, trends, and innovation opportunities within the Footwear & Bags business unit to inform product creation and Salomon's product strategy.
- Consumer Insights: Conduct and analyze consumer concept tests to inform relevant Innovation projects and contribute to product tests when relevant.
- Documentation: Prepare briefs on consumer profiles, needs, product history, new practices, and communities.
- Communication: Contribute to presentations and internal communications via different supports.
- Special Projects: Participate in projects assigned by company management, including event organization, alongside other interns.
- Education: Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Sustainability, R&D, Product Management, or a related field. Dual-path R&D & Business/product marketing is a bonus.
- Languages: Fluent in English.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to quickly adapt to new software.
- Soft Skills: Organized, independent, rigorous, with strong analytical skills and a passion for running and outdoor sports.
- Additional Skills: Experience in content creation (photo, video) is a plus.

This is a full-time paid internship based in Annecy, France. An internship agreement is mandatory, and it must be related to your school path and generated by your business school, engineering school, or university. The internship will start from January 2025 and last for 6 months.
