Job Description: Land Developer Apprentice
We are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Land Development Apprentice. This exciting opportunity will provide you with hands-on experience in all aspects of land development, working alongside experienced professionals.
- Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and execution of sales agreements for land acquisitions.
- Participate in site studies and due diligence processes.
- Support negotiations with landowners to secure favorable terms and pricing for land purchases.
Requirements:
- Pursuit of a degree in real estate development or a related field.
