Job Description

Nous recherchons un(e) Analyste en Banque d'Investissement pour rejoindre notre équipe de M&A Large Caps en plein développement. En tant qu'Analyste en Banque d'Investissement, vous serez au cœur de transactions financières complexes, travaillant aux côtés d'équipes expérimentées sur des projets de grande envergure.

Missions Principales
  • Analyse financière approfondie : Évaluer la viabilité financière de projets d'investissement, réaliser des modélisations financières complexes, et analyser des données de marché.
  • Due diligence : Mener des investigations approfondies sur les entreprises et les actifs, en identifiant les risques et les opportunités potentiels.
  • Préparation de présentations : Élaborer des présentations claires et convaincantes pour les clients et les comités d'investissement, en résumant les analyses et les recommandations.
  • Soutien aux opérations : Participer activement à toutes les étapes d'une transaction, de la conception à la clôture, en assurant une coordination efficace avec les différentes parties prenantes.
Responsabilités
  • Analyse financière : Construire des modèles financiers détaillés pour évaluer la valeur des entreprises et des actifs. Effectuer des analyses comparatives et des études de marché. Préparer des projections financières et des scénarios de valorisation.
  • Due diligence : Examiner les états financiers, les contrats et les documents juridiques. Identifier les risques opérationnels, financiers et réglementaires. Valider les informations fournies par les clients.
  • Préparation de présentations : Rédiger des mémos d'investissement et des présentations pour les clients et les comités d'investissement. Synthétiser des informations complexes en des recommandations claires et concises. Présenter les résultats de vos analyses à un public varié.
  • Soutien aux opérations : Participer à la préparation des documents juridiques et contractuels. Coordonner les efforts avec les autres équipes impliquées dans la transaction. Assurer le suivi des échéances et des livrables.
Profil
  • Formation académique : diplôme d'école de commerce ou d'ingénieur de premier rang.
  • Expérience professionnelle : entre 1 et 2 ans d'expérience au sein de grandes banques internationales sur des transactions Large Caps.
  • Qualités personnelles : Rigueur, esprit d'analyse, capacité à travailler en équipe, excellent sens de la communication, forte capacité d'adaptation.
  • Langues : Français et anglais courant, la maîtrise d'une troisième langue est un plus.
