Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting independence and dignity.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with household chores.
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings, and provide transportation as needed.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, and engage in activities that promote mental and physical well-being.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in care work or a related field an asset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
