About the Role

Reporting to the Product Support and Expertise Manager, your main responsibility will be to conduct physico-chemical characterization studies (rheology, DSC, microscopy, etc.) in support of industrial scale-up, quality control non-conformities, and product instabilities.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop relevant test plans to address specific issues in collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • Perform physico-chemical analyses related to these specific issues.
  • Communicate your results in an innovative, clear, and educational manner.
  • Optimize methods and equipment usage.
  • Train new users.
Your Profile:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in physicochemistry.
  • Rigorous, reactive, organized, and autonomous work ethic.
  • Customer-oriented and passionate about our brand and challenges.
  • Knowledge of cosmetic product instabilities and physico-chemical characterization techniques.
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and ideally, statistical processing.
