About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Operations Specialist to join our EMEA People Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in fostering an amazing workplace and culture that empowers everyone to do their best work.

As a Senior HR Operations Specialist, you will collaborate with different teams and support various initiatives to ensure an outstanding employee experience as Palo Alto Networks continues its rapid growth. You will be responsible for ensuring a best-in-class employee experience through high-level service, empathy, and operational excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure seamless hand-off of processes and deliverables with key stakeholders
  • Manage and support multiple and concurrent ad-hoc requests in a timely manner with accuracy
  • Ownership of regional projects from end-to-end, focusing on process automation, simplification, and scalability
  • Provide exceptional service to employees regarding Tier 0 and Tier 1 HR-related inquiries
  • Perform other HR operational tasks, including data entry, employment verification requests, reference letter documents, leave of absence requests, E-verify process, and overall maintenance of employee records

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent of 4+ years of progressive HR Operations experience in a technology organization or technology-related business
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English
  • Relevant professional HR experience in France and good knowledge of local typical legal requirements related to HR processes
  • Ability to demonstrate integrity, maintain confidentiality, and influence without authority
  • Ability to set priorities, stay focused, and manage time in a fast-paced, developing environment
