Product Line Strategist

ASUS is seeking a driven and strategic Product Line Manager to spearhead our growth in the dynamic PC Components market.
This role will focus on developing and executing product strategies for our Cases, Cooling, and Power Supplies lines, ensuring continued success and expansion within this competitive landscape.
Your Responsibilities:
- Craft a comprehensive product strategy aligned with market trends and customer needs.
- Set ambitious annual and quarterly objectives to drive sales and market share growth.
- Develop and manage quarterly product stock plans, ensuring optimal inventory levels and supply chain efficiency.
- Monitor sales performance and stock levels closely, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of products, pricing strategies, competitor positioning, and channel dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
- Stay ahead of the curve by conducting competitive monitoring of product lines within the PC Components sector.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and feedback, addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
- Empower internal teams (sales and marketing) with the necessary tools, training, and support to excel in their roles.
- Collaborate closely with Market Managers during reseller visits, providing expert guidance and product knowledge.
- Plan and implement operational initiatives related to your assigned product range, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with overall business goals.
- Manage internal budgets effectively, anticipating and planning quarterly expenses to maximize resource allocation.
- Engage in constructive dialogue with headquarters teams regarding budget validation and product strategy refinement.
- Prepare comprehensive market status summaries and product line performance reports (actions taken, results achieved, and upcoming initiatives).
- Present these findings to headquarters in Taiwan on a quarterly basis, providing insightful analysis and recommendations.
Your Profile:
You possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is essential for success in this role.
You are a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a proven track record of success in similar positions within the technology industry. Your strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market trends will be invaluable assets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for effectively collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and headquarters personnel. Fluency in English is required due to the international nature of this role.
