The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance contracts, implement optimization strategies, and coordinate relationships between vendors and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee maintenance contracts to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services
  • Implement optimization strategies to improve maintenance efficiency and reduce costs
  • Coordinate relationships between vendors and clients to ensure seamless communication and service delivery

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A background in Building Maintenance and experience in thermal systems
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and customer-centric approach
