Description du poste

Votre rôle : Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités et rattaché(e) à Jérémie, notre Responsable d'Activités, vous interviendrez en tant que PMO confirmé H/F pour notre client spécialisé dans le domaine du nucléaire.

Vos missions :

  • Vous êtes acteur dans la promotion des activités et de la valeur ajoutée du service Vous proposez et mettez en place des outils, répondez aux besoins du projet, toujours dans une logique d'amélioration et d'optimisation des processus.
  • Au quotidien, vous serez en charge du :
    • Pilotage des projets avec le respect des processus de management de projet et du référentiel client :
      • Suivi de l'avancement technique et financier des projets,
      • Suivi des jalons, la gestion du portefeuille de risques, les revues de projet, la programmation pluriannuelle et le suivi contractuel,
      • Reporting : tableaux de bord, dossiers de suivi, éléments de communication (présentation PPT pour les Revues d'Avancement et les Revues Techniques Projets),
      • La rédaction de notes : hypothèses planning / coûts / organisation avec la gestion des données techniques (gestion de la documentation projet, suivi de configuration).

    Compétences requises
    • Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'une école d'ingénieur ou d'un Master 2 dans les domaines du management de projets ou généraliste.
    • Vous justifiez d'un minimum de 6 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets, idéalement dans le milieu du nucléaire.
    • Votre sens relationnel, votre capacité de synthèse et votre sens de l'organisation vous permettront de vous épanouir dans ce poste.
    • Le sens du service, les qualités relationnelles, l'aptitude à prendre en charge des sujets de manière autonome et pragmatique sont des atouts nécessaires à ce poste.
