About the Role
Groupe SII is seeking a Software Project Manager (F/M) to lead initiatives within the aerospace and space sectors, ensuring effective project execution in an Agile framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the project lifecycle from initiation to completion and evaluation,
- Facilitate the integration of Agile methodologies within the project team,
- Organize, plan, and supervise the activities of your team,
- Establish and manage an agile performance dashboard to evaluate outcomes,
- Monitor project milestones and budgetary constraints,
- Guarantee the quality of deliverables while collaborating with the quality assurance team,
- Identify and manage risks along with their mitigation strategies,
- Provide regular updates on project status to stakeholders,
- Prepare for and engage in project governance meetings,
- Drive knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess a Bac+5 degree (University or Engineering School), ideally in industrial computing, with a minimum of 3 years of experience managing projects focused on deliverables in challenging environments such as aeronautics (DO178/330) or space (ECSS).
A solid foundation in software development is essential, along with familiarity with DevOps practices and testing methodologies. Experience implementing Agile frameworks such as SCRUM or Kanban is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills, active listening, and the ability to synthesize information are crucial. You should be adept at leading meetings, inspiring your team, and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
