Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Dispatcheur H/F. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the transportation of goods across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and optimize transportation routes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
• Manage the movement of goods, including loading and unloading, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed
• Collaborate with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns
• Monitor and analyze transportation data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field, such as logistics or transportation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
