Job Title: Social Media Expert at AXA Group Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Expert to lead the development, implementation, and execution of a comprehensive social media strategy that will increase the recognition and reputation of AXA Group Operations, both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for AXA Group Operations in collaboration with the rest of the communication team to support business objectives, increase AXA GO's visibility, and enhance employee engagement and pride.
  • Manage and coordinate the social media accounts of the COO of AXA Group/CEO of AXA GO and ExCom members, ensuring that the content is engaging and aligns with the overall communication strategy.
  • Monitor and analyze social media data, regularly provide dashboards, reports, and insights to inform social media strategy and optimize content and platforms usage.
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams to develop campaigns, offerings, and social media initiatives that align with the brand message and position.
  • Help identify key opinion leaders, influencers, and ambassadors within AXA Group Operations - and the Group if needed - and engage them to grow the ambassador community and promote the AXA brand in technology, data, operations, and security fields.
  • Contribute to encouraging engagement on internal social media platforms (e.g., POP) by participating in editorial activities and reviews (articles, POP, newsletter, etc.).
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to create compelling content that supports company goals, values, and messaging.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in social media marketing and apply them to daily operations.
  • Ensure social media policies are followed and provide guidance to the entire AXA team on the proper use of social media.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related areas, with proven expertise.
  • Knowledge of pressroom, social media trends, reputation management, and influence.
  • Appropriate stakeholder management skills to ensure collaboration between functions and regions, as well as strong message alignment.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Native English speaker with fluency in other languages; French is essential.
  • Demonstrated track record in developing and executing successful social media strategies and campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills and experience in social media data analysis.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (mainly LinkedIn, but also Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) and content creation platforms such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other relevant tools.
  • Project management experience/training (planning, budgeting, Excel, WSS, etc.),
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proactive, motivated, and detail-oriented.
