- Relay supply strategies to vendors.
- Negotiate delivery schedules and quantities with suppliers.
- Adhere to purchasing regulations.
- Oversee the supply chain process, monitor orders, confirm receipts, and maintain communication with suppliers.
- Track deliveries and validate invoices.
- Assist in inventory optimization and management of fixed costs.
- Manage stock disposal procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Production Management with a focus on Logistics or equivalent industrial logistics experience.
- Familiarity with production management tools and methodologies.
- Understanding of quality standards relevant to the healthcare sector.
- Proficiency in English.
- Collaborative team player with effective communication abilities.
- Meticulous, organized, proactive, and adaptable.
- Customer-focused with strong prioritization capabilities.
- Experience with SAP software is advantageous.
- Knowledge of order processing systems is beneficial.
