Job Summary
We are seeking an HR Assistant to support our HR Manager in various HR tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employee files and data, coordinating time management and medical consultations, maintaining personnel records, supervising temporary staff and new employee induction, communicating with external organizations, and ensuring data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee files and data to ensure accuracy and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate time management and medical consultations to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain up-to-date personnel records to support HR Manager's decision-making.
- Supervise temporary staff and new employee induction to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Communicate with external organizations to facilitate HR-related tasks.
- Ensure data accuracy and alert managers of any discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
