ADMR is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Provider to support seniors or individuals with disabilities in the Ancenis / Oudon area.

As a Home Care Provider, you will play a vital role in enhancing the well-being and independence of our clients. Your responsibilities will encompass providing personalized assistance with daily living activities, maintaining a clean and organized living environment, and accompanying clients to social events or appointments.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive support to individuals with their daily routines, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
  • Maintain a hygienic and comfortable living space by performing household chores such as cleaning, laundry, and organization.
  • Accompany clients on outings for shopping, leisure activities, or medical appointments, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Foster a positive and supportive environment by engaging in meaningful conversations, providing companionship, and respecting individual preferences.
  • Monitor clients' health status, observe any changes in behavior or mood, and promptly communicate concerns to relevant parties such as family members or healthcare professionals.

Requirements:
  • Possess a DEAES / DEAVS diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrate professional qualities such as autonomy, adaptability, responsiveness, and strong organizational skills.
  • Hold a valid driver's license to facilitate client transportation.
