Investment Banking Associate Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Investment Banking team in Paris. As an Associate, you will play a key role in developing and strengthening client relationships, participating in advisory teams, and structuring and executing financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and analyze financial models to support client transactions
- Organize and prepare client presentations to explain industry trends and assess client situations
- Assist in structuring transactions and coordinate teams of tax advisors, attorneys, and bankers
- Lead due diligence processes and participate in negotiations of legal documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' investment banking experience
- History of outstanding academic and professional achievement
- Strong team orientation and ability to work effectively with team members
