Job Summary

The Supply Reporting and Governance Manager is responsible for ensuring proper accounting and control processes are in place throughout the group of factories. This role aims to provide complete, accurate, and timely financial statements, enabling financial insights. The Supply Reporting and Governance Manager supports the Supply Reporting and Governance Senior Manager and PNE Financial Controller Director to drive global programs and segment-specific programs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Quality of Accounts:
    • Ensure proper accounting, health of balance sheet, and P&L in close collaboration with MGSF for the Factories within the Group.
    • Own relationship with MGS Finance / Financial Operations Team.
    • Use expertise to interpret accounting practices, assess impact, enforce compliance of Finance Manual.
    • Review and approve periodic, quarterly, and annual financial accounts for all units within the Group.
  2. Financial Reporting:
    • Ensure timely delivery of accurate and complete financial information for the Factories within the Group.
    • Attend or co-lead monthly closing meetings to review period results.
    • Conduct structured analysis/reconciliation of financial statements/management reports.
    • Drive relevant actions resulting from period-end reporting and analytics with various stakeholders.
  3. Governance & Control:
    • Establish and maintain policies for consistent use across factory units within the Group.
    • Oversee implementation of controls framework, controls testing plan, and execution.
    • Monitor G&C KPIs and work with PNE G&C Manager to drive continuous improvements and implementation of the broader PNE Governance agenda into the factory units within the Group.
  4. General:
    • Nurture a culture of close collaboration between finance (MGSF / Financial Operations, CoEs, Supply Finance Director, Supply Hub Manager, and Supply BPs) and non-finance teams (Engineers, Logistics, Commercial, and other).
    • Being the champion for controls in all environments, such that associates are aware and feel comfortable contacting and working with, which will provide a safe and trusted working environment.
    • Actively contribute to Supply Reporting and Governance functional and engagement Team agenda.
    • Drive some of the PNE / Controllership special projects, transformations, and other ad hoc initiatives.
    • Support the implementation of new systems or business models.
