Job Title: Experienced Retail Manageress

Reporting to the CEO, EMEA and Global VP of Retail, the Retail Manager will be directly responsible for the overall management and success of all store employees of the company's store location/s

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability for the EMEA region
  • Collaborate with General Managers to set sales targets and ensure each store is set up to achieve store targets
  • Represent the brand and ensure team members are embodying brand spirit in all interactions with customers and peers
  • Oversee the recruitment and hiring process for EMEA retail stores
  • Oversee new store openings
  • Ensure stores are operating in a fiscally responsible manner and with integrity
  • Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are maintained
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure operations, customer service, visual merchandising and policies are adhered to
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the retail team
  • Ensure that each store delivers exceptional customer experience aligning with the brand values
  • Partner with General Manager to address and resolve customer complaints
  • Oversee budgets and financial management of the retail stores
  • Prepare regional budgets and ensure budgetary goals are being adhered to
  • Partner with Events Manager and PR to develop marketing strategies to drive traffic to stores
Requirements:
  • Must have a minimum of 7+ years of specialty Retail Management and a minimum of 2+ years in a regional management role
  • Ability to travel extensively within region with occasional abroad trips
  • Must have car with valid driver's license
  • Ability to drive sales and grow business
  • Experience motivating, leading and developing a team
  • Luxury or contemporary management experience preferred
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Passionate about customer service and selling
  • Solution oriented with a strong business acumen and corporate exposure
  • Proficiency in retail management software (MS Office)
