En tant que chargé de conformité dédié aux sujets de reporting règlementaires, vous aurez pour mission de collaborer avec les équipes des opérations de global markets, de l'IT front-office et du front-office pour élaborer et maintenir un modèle de gouvernance et d'exploitation ciblé amélioré pour les rapports réglementaires.

Responsabilités
  • Élaborer et maintenir un modèle de gouvernance et d'exploitation ciblé amélioré pour les rapports réglementaires
  • Suivre et intégrer les évolutions législatives / réglementaires dans les différents reporting règlementaires
  • Évaluer efficacement les nouvelles dispositions en matière de reporting réglementaires non financiers et interprétation des changements assurant une mise en œuvre efficace des systèmes remettant
  • Suivre quotidiennement les flux de reporting transactionnel notamment sur Mifid II / EMIR / SFTR et suivre l'activité du front-office en collaboration avec les opérations
Compétences requises
  • Maîtrise des marchés financiers et des dérivés OTC
  • Connaissance des sujets règlementaires européens et internationaux
  • Excellent relationnel et capacité d'écoute
  • Rigoureux et curieux
  • Maitrise de l'anglais avec un niveau C1
