Job Title: Mixologist

We are seeking a skilled Mixologist to join our team at Pullman Singapore Hill Street, a luxurious hotel in the heart of Singapore. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for creating innovative cocktails and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement new cocktail menus and recipes
  • Train and mentor the service team on mixology techniques and knowledge
  • Upsell and promote specialty drinks and slow-moving items
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to hotel standards
  • Work closely with the Head Mixologist, Bar Manager, and Outlet Manager to create innovative promotions and events
  • Follow hotel policies, purchasing procedures, and service standards
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a luxurious experience
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Good knowledge of food, wine, and spirits
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Self-motivated and energetic
