Job Description

This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and enhancement of our Recruiting module solutions. As a Product Management Intern, you will work closely with our team of Product Managers, gaining hands-on experience in the recruitment technology industry.

You will have the chance to oversee multiple missions:

  • Collaborate with Product Managers to gather requirements, conduct market research, and analyze user needs to define product enhancements and new feature ideas.
  • Assist in creating detailed product specifications, including wireframes, user stories, and process flows, to communicate product requirements to development teams.
  • Support the product development lifecycle, including feature prioritization, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Assist in preparing product documentation, training materials, and product launch plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Customer Success and Support, to ensure successful product development and delivery.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this internship is €25,000 per year. This is a paid internship that offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in the recruitment technology industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this internship, you must currently be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field. You should also have a proven interest in technical topics and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Good understanding of software development methodologies and processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in English (at least B2 level) and French (at least C level) - fluency in both languages required.
