Senior Finance Analyst - Tax

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Analyst - Tax to join our team at Reckitt Benckiser LLC. As a key member of our Finance team, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our financial practice with vigilance and strategic insight.

About the Role

As a Senior Finance Analyst - Tax, you will be responsible for carrying out analyses and preparing monthly closings and reporting. You will also participate in the construction of annual plans and quarterly forecasts for brands, and provide financial leadership for certain power brands and key customers.

Your Responsibilities
  • Carry out specific financial analyses to enable improved decision-making
  • Prepare and consolidate quarterly and monthly reports by collecting, reprocessing, analyzing and explaining data
  • Set up and improve management and reporting tools to analyze and monitor key KPIs (net sales, gross margin, etc.) and data from different systems
  • Provide financial leadership for certain power brands and key customers
  • Work in collaboration with sales directors to achieve objectives, supporting the strategy and execution of key projects
  • Lead and present regular financial reports to general managers and sales directors, with a focus on risks and opportunities
The Experience We're Looking For
  • 2-4 years of experience in management control, ideally acquired in the world of mass consumption
  • Fluency in English and French is a must
  • Organizational skills such as multi-tasking, meeting deadlines, respecting processes
  • Rigor, autonomy, analytical skills
  • Initiative skills: challenging the status quo, providing solutions for problem-solving
  • Advanced mastery of Excel with knowledge of an ERP (SAP) as a plus
