Auberge du Jeu de Paume seeks a dedicated Overnight Hospitality Associate to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences during the night hours.

As an Overnight Hospitality Associate, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and maintaining the smooth functioning of our establishment. Your key duties will include providing outstanding customer service, promoting hotel amenities, and handling night reports and cash transactions.

• Guest Relations: Warmly greet arriving guests, facilitate their check-in process, and ensure a comfortable departure experience.
• Information & Services: Provide comprehensive information about our services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Operational Excellence: Manage room occupancy efficiently, handle billing procedures accurately, and maintain meticulous records for reporting purposes.
• Security & Oversight: Ensure the safety and security of our guests and property by monitoring activities and promptly addressing any incidents.
