Job Title: Market Risk Manager Senior Vice President

Citi is seeking a highly skilled Market Risk Manager Senior Vice President to join our team in Paris. As a key member of our Risk Management function, you will be responsible for managing market risk across various products and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement market risk management frameworks and policies to ensure effective risk monitoring and reporting.
  • Collaborate with traders and other stakeholders to ensure proper governance over market risk exposures.
  • Assist with stress testing and regulatory reporting for spread products.
  • Support the preparation of regulatory or legal entity governance projects.
  • Review market risk positions and escalate any issues to senior management.
  • Deliver market risk reports and commentary to Risk Committees, regulators, and Senior Management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/University degree in Economics, Finance, Financial Risk Management, or other quantitative discipline.
  • Spread Product knowledge is an asset.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, French desirable.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and SQL.
  • Programming and/or database management experience.
  • Interaction with auditors / regulators and understanding of applicable best practice guidelines and regulations.
