The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Luxury Vacation Rental Coordinator. This is a full-time position based in our Cannes office, with the opportunity to start as early as possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to all concierge requests prior to guests' stay, including restaurant reservations, yacht charters, private chefs, and other personalized services.
  • Manage relationships with local partners through regular calls, updates, and reports.
  • Develop a deep knowledge of each destination and become the go-to source for our guests regarding recommendations.
  • Ensure proactive follow-up with guests from the introductory stage to the arrival date of their stay at the property.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client questions, concerns, and requests, offering personalized solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Understand the needs and requirements of high-end customers, ensuring all requests are addressed in a timely manner while adhering to our brand standards.
  • Be the client's trusted advisor by uncovering each guest's preferences and criteria to propose a curated selection of recommendations, services, and experiences for their upcoming trip.
  • Educate guests about the services and experiences we offer, tailoring your approach to their specific needs and preferences.
  • Compile and report on guest feedback, communicating this information internally and to our partners.
  • Represent A.M.A Selections with partners and owners for all guest-related matters, from the introductory stage to the departure date of their booking, acting as a point of contact for any potential issues or further queries.
  • Manage ongoing relationships with guests post-trip by following up on satisfaction survey results and ensuring proactive communication to nurture and help plan subsequent trips, with the goal of building long-lasting relationships.
  • Be available for regular rotating schedules, which may include weekends and holidays, as our guests need us.
  • Conduct property visits and inspections (traveling to destinations may be required throughout the year).
  • Identify new service providers and convert them into active partners to list their services and experiences on our platform.

Requirements

  • Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment with pressure to meet tight deadlines while multitasking and maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills and ability to quickly master new systems and tools.
  • Professional, dynamic, great team spirit, and service-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and partners via phone, email, and in person.
  • Native or fluent English (written and spoken) and an intermediate level of French is required.
  • Education Level: A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations or customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Affinity for luxury and travel.
  • Excited and interested in working for a young, growing company.

Compensation

BRUT: 2800€ per month (plus tips)

Contract: 6 month CDD (will become CDI, based on results)
